The Access Center, through Macomb County Community Mental Health, is an entry point for access to any and all Macomb County mental health services. Anyone who is seeking substance use or other mental health services should call the Access Center for instructions and to make appointments.

Macomb County Community Mental Health has a Crisis Center that provides 24-hour crisis counseling, information, referrals, and disaster response to callers facing any situation.
Call (586) 307-9100 to reach the Crisis Center.

The Macomb County Office of Substance Abuse (MCOSA) coordinates services for people with substance use disorder. MCOSA has a directory for services such as licensed treatment agencies, publicly-funded treatment agencies, publicly-funded prevention agencies, voluntary recovery groups, designated screening agencies, and other resources.

Unwanted non-narcotic medications can be brought in to any of the three Health Department offices in Mt. Clemens, Warren, and St. Clair Shores anytime during normal business hours.

Unwanted medications may also be brought to Household Hazardous Waste collection events for proper disposal.
